CORONAVIRUS PROCEDURES & GUIDELINES

The shop is open as usual except it closes at 1.00pm Sunday.

So far we have the same stock levels as before the virus with the exception of a few items which we get when we can.

We have a daily delivery of fresh bread from Woods Bakery and milk from Blunham Dairy (Except Sunday). Please place bread orders by 3pm at the latest for the next day.

Fresh cakes and fruit pies are made throughout the week as are lasagne, curry, chilli, soup, pizza and meat pies.

We operate a strict FIVE customers at one time in the shop rule, with a minimum 2 metre distance between each person. If there are five in the shop then you must wait outside in a queue with a minimum of 2 metres between each person waiting.
We ask that you do not bring your children (unless absolutely necessary) and that you shop as individuals - STRICTLY NO GROUPS - to allow as many to shop as possible.

We have an order for delivery and collection service which runs from Monday to Saturday. This is not like a supermarket click and collect/deliver. It is just for those who are most vulnerable and cannot shop/do not have anyone to shop for them or can collect from the car park but not come in.

IF YOU CAN PHYSICALLY COME IN AND SHOP FOR YOURSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE PLEASE DO - so that we can help those who can't. We have numerous new requests every day.

If you do ring an order through please wait until after 1pm as the mornings are spent making and distributing that day's orders.

Once an order has been taken we cannot add extra items on.
We cannot supply an itemised invoice but endeavour to put your card receipt in with your order.
If something is missing then generally it is out of stock but please ask if you have any queries.
Your email/message will be responded to a soon as possible.
On the day of your collection or delivery you will receive a phone call to take payment by card and to confirm your order arrangements.
Please do not ring/message to chase your order as we WILL be in touch.
